Who we are

Gila County Animal Care & Control and Animal Shelter in Globe, AZ work very hard to get the animals that come through our facility returned to their owners. However, not every animal finds its way home. Those that are not able to go home, are posted in hopes of finding a new family. Feel free to contact us about any animals you may be interested in.

We also have a Facebook page where we post all our our stray, adoptable, and returned to owner animals. We also post dates for our low cost adoption events and other programs we may offer. Adoption or service questions can be answered through Facebook as well.

Once you have decided you are ready to adopt, the first step is to visit our pets at the Gila County Animal Shelter. Please take a look at our adoptable pets then fill out an Adoption Application Form.
